*** Things to Remember ***

1. In order for the Motorcoach to make a pick up at your location you need at least 10 people from your facility to go on the trip. Otherwise, there will be various pick-up locations around the city where individuals can meet the coach.

2. Activity Coordinators & Group Leaders: B & W Charters appreciates the efforts of all group leaders and activity coordinators, therefore we will comp your trip if you have 10 or more people for any of our travel club day trips.

3. All of the departure and return times are approximate because the motorcoach may have to make several pick-ups around the city.

4. If people from your center, community, or facility are going to attend any of the trips, we need to know at least 2 ½ weeks in advance so that we can plan for meals and get an accurate head count. If you have mobility problems, dietary restrictions, or other conditions that should be taken into consideration please let the B & W Charters office staff know when you make the reservation.

5. Please make checks payable to B & W Charters Inc. unless otherwise instructed. Please write a separate check for each trip and designate which trip the check is being written for. Also include your phone number on each check.

6. No refunds will be given for people from your facility or complex if they miss the event they are scheduled to attend. However, in extreme circumstances refunds may be given or individuals will have the option of transferring their funds to another upcoming trip. All decision will be subject to approval by the general manager. Management decisions are final.

7. B & W Charters reserves the right to change the date, package, and price of any trip without prior notice. Furthermore, B & W Charters reserves the right to cancel any trip due to lack of participation. In case a trip is canceled, all money will be refunded.

8. Code of conduct - Because we want our trips to be enjoyable for all participants, passengers whose behavior is disrespectful, rude, or otherwise offensive to staff or other travelers will be excluded from future B & W Charters trips.
