The B & W Charters tour department has its annual bus trips planned to The Chicago Flower & Garden Show. Details below:

Depart: 7:30 a.m. Return: 9:30 p.m.
Kalamazoo, MI : Meijer’s on South Westnedge, 5121 South Westnedge Avenue Portage, MI 49002 (park by the gas station near Westnedge). Depart: 8:00 a.m. Return: 9:00 p.m.
Paw Paw, MI : Paw Paw Park & Ride, Exit 60 off I-94 on the Southeast side of the highway off M-40 South.
Depart: 8:30 a.m. Return: 8:30 p.m.

Event Overview: The Flower Show Chicago is located at Navy Pier, and is one of the most colorful exhibitions around! Held in the Spring, the Chicago Flower and Garden Show is a welcome break from the cold Chicago winter. Hundreds of people attend the event every year, making it one of the most popular garden shows in the area.
What to Expect: The Chicago Flower Show features over 100 exhibitors showcasing landscaping, horticultural, and gardening products, as well as a number of free informative seminars. And of course, there are plenty of beautiful flowers to admire!
- More Than Flowers: Despite its name, the Flower Show Chicago features more than just beautiful flowers. There are a number of great activities and attractions, so make sure to take in a culinary demonstration that uses all home-grown, natural ingredients, or admire the entries in the photography competition.
- Family-Friendly Fun: The Kid’s Garden at the Flower and Garden Show in Chicago is a great place for children to learn more about nature and eco-friendly initiatives. There is also a playground to keep kids of all ages entertained.
Inside Knowledge: Can’t wait to see what will be at the Chicago Flower Show? The exhibition holds a Preview Benefit the night before the Chicago Flower and Garden Show where attendees can get a sneak peek at the beautiful gardens and products that are on display. The Preview Benefit costs $135 and includes an evening of gourmet hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and live entertainment. Proceeds go towards th e Chicago Botanic Garden and Chicago Gateway Green.
